this time on the West Coast of Cornwall in the late Autumn ... a season not seen properly for quite a time ... left alone for a while too with my own thoughts ...
So many places to revisit ... wonder where we get to be on the next visit ... Boscastle has been discussed; so too part of the Camel trail towards Bodmin this time ...

I am just happy to do the hill walking, that although a bit more difficult than it once was, it gets easier each time and is good for the way my heart pumps which it has not done as such ... for so long ... it feels good ...
