I seemed to be the only one out of my family getting on with the move from a Grade II listed cottage back to the local town ... even though one of the reasons I adapted from my Cornish roots was settling in the early years of my own family life in a country setting in the North of Kent ...
But then I was the only one used to moving around a tad and it was the very first move for our daughter so naturally perturbing at the time ....
The benefits of our new home was ... we were not that far from the village so easy to re-visit and still near the local network of roads and the new benefits of being near the railway station as not far from the centre of London ... which is a real beauty to me as although a country girl at heart ... I did live and work in Central London for two years in my early twenties .... and it is good to get back in the area from time to time ...
